Brush, weeds, overgrown vegetation, and accumulated debris are violations of the International Property Maintenance Code.

Homeowners are responsible for keeping their property clear of these conditions. To avoid enforcement action from the City’s Code Enforcement Department, please remove any brush or debris from your property in a timely manner.

The City of Landrum will resume brush and debris pickup in September. Until then, homeowners are responsible for handling cleanup and disposal on their own.
