Code Enforcement Officer, Jack Davis

The City of Landrum Code Enforcement officer works to identify city code violations of city ordinances.

Code Enforcement ensures that businesses and properties are following standards relative to public health, safety, and general welfare while working to identify violations, investigate complaints, and ensure that code violations are corrected.

The City of Landrum has recently implemented an action request system. Code Enforcement Officer, Jack Davis will be sharing a report at the monthly council meetings regarding actions received and cases resolved.

Our goal is to educate the public about the City of Landrum codes in order to facilitate compliance. 

By effectively carrying out code enforcement in our community, it helps maintain property values, improve quality of life, and ensure our taxpayers live and work in a safe environment. We strive to perform duties in a fair, professional, and courteous manner.
